Bodybuilders! Don’t make the common mistake of spending too much time in the gym. Remember, it is the quality of strength training exercise, not the quantity. Strength training is anerobic, not aerobic. If you are spending more than 30 minutes each bodybuilding workout stop immediately! Train harder, and smarter, not longer. You are wasting your time.
You can’t train both harder and longer. The intensity of bodybuilding exercise is what makes you grow.
